From Chelmsford Rail Station

Exit Chelmsford Rail Station and walk towards the bus stop.

Just before the bus stop, turn left and begin walking along Duke Street, past Cable and Wireless (now empty) - you will need to cross Victoria Road via the zebra crossing and continue along Duke Street, past M & G and a number of estate agents.

At the end of Duke Street you will be opposite the HSBC Bank. Cross the road, walking towards the bank - walk down the lefthand side of the bank and along the High Street. Pass Debenhams on your left, Marks & Spencer on your right.

You will reach a Stone Bridge (crossing the River Can) - immediately on the other side (on the left) is the travel agent, Thomas Cook. Turn left and walk between Thomas Cook's windows and the river. There is a double wooden door where Thomas Cook's windows end - that is our entrance. The whole walk should take no more than 10 minutes.

From the Meadows multi-storey car park (short stay)

Exit the car park and walk towards the entrance of the Odeon cinema. Turn left at the corner of the cinema rather than crossing the river as if you were going into the Meadows Shopping Centre. Walk along the river until you reach our entrance (double wooden door) shortly before reaching the Stone Bridge.

From Wharf Road car park (long stay)

Leave the car park by the far side (by the County Records Office – a large white building). Walk toward the town centre. Cross the footbridge by the Sea Cadets buildings and follow the path on the left (straight on). Pass under the road bridge and walk alongside Wilkinsons. Cross the footbridge as if going to the Odeon, but turn right and walk alongside the river until you reach our entrance (double wooden door) shortly before reaching the Stone Bridge.
